The PINformation Series developed out of a request from the merchandise teams at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The goals of this communication include:

  1. Increase Cast excitement and product knowledge of pins and trading.

  2. Improve Guest engagement through increased pin trading by Cast.

  3. Raise sales of pins and pin trading accessories.

This communication campaign includes CenterStage articles, CastTV slides, Four Keys Basics photography, fliers and text-based videos.

This project has been particularly engaging for me with my experience being a merchandise Cast Member for three years. Having the opportunity to work with merchandise leadership and Cast Members to make pin trading a more positive experience for both Cast and Guests has been an interesting challenge.
